Who we are

Long Rainbow Real Estate L.L.C S.O.C, Office 1103, Building 1, Bay Square, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE, licensed by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency under ORN 52478. Contact: info@longrainbowrealestate.com.

What you send us

Our brochure, enquiry, mortgage eligibility and shortlist forms send us what you enter: your name, phone number, whether it is on WhatsApp, email, why you are looking, the project and message, and when and in which language you would like a reply. Mortgage enquiries also include the figures you entered in the calculator.

To help us answer well, each form also sends the page you were on, the projects you viewed or shortlisted on this website, and your device's time zone and language. Each enquiry gets a reference, such as LR-7K3Q9, which you can quote to us.

The contact and valuation forms on our Contact and Sell pages work differently: they write a message on your own device, and nothing reaches us until you send it from WhatsApp or your email app.

What your browser remembers

Your browser keeps, in its local storage and on this device only, the projects you viewed and shortlisted and, once you fill in a form, your details, so later forms fill themselves in. It also remembers your light or dark theme and whether you have already answered our welcome message. If a form cannot be sent, for example when you are offline, your browser keeps it and sends it on your next visit.

To clear all of this, open "Your details" and choose "Forget me on this device", or clear this website's data in your browser.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, send the brochures you ask for and provide our services. We contact you about what you asked us; we send other news, such as new launches, only if you ask for it, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Enquiries are stored in our business email and records, run for us by our service providers. Our website host processes standard request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the website and keep it secure. Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE.

We keep your details only as long as we need them for your enquiry, our services and our legal record-keeping, and we never sell them.

Other services

Buttons on this website open WhatsApp, Calendly, Google Maps and social networks. A WhatsApp message we prepare for you includes the page you came from, and your name if you saved it. The privacy policies of those services apply when you use them.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@longrainbowrealestate.com. We handle personal data in line with UAE law.

Changes

We will update this page if anything above changes, and show the date of the latest version.
